Price
Shipping costs 49 - 79 kroner depending on the order throughout Denmark. We ship with DAO and you must therefore pick up your package in a parcel shop.
You can also choose to pick up for free in our store in Nørrebro in Copenhagen or at our dealer in Aarhus.
Grips, hooks and Christmas decorations cost 49 kroner.
Trays and bowls basically cost 79 kroner.
If you buy several things, then the most expensive items delivery cost will be applied for the entire order.
Time
We have a delivery time of 7 - 10 days.
All our products are handmade, which means we produce the products continuously when they are ordered.
We therefore do not have a large stock and even though we ship as fast as we can, it can take up to 7-10 days before we send them from our workshop.
Return and exchange policy
We of course have a 14-day right of return, on our standard goods, if you have not used your product. Therefore, If you have put your grips and hooks up, we can not take them back.

We only manufacture our products when they have been ordered and therefore we of course encourage you to think carefully before ordering with us. As a small business, it can be a big expense to have to return a product, and that is why we would want to avoid it.
In addition, of course, we have our special exchange policy! A couple of times a year, we therefore accept your used products, which you can exchange for something similar. We make the assessment on the day.
Damaged products are of course not included in the exchange policy, but you are always welcome to send them to us, so we can grind them down and recycle them again. If you are in doubt, you can always contact us, and then we can see which solution we can come up with.
